Multifactor Authentication (MFA), referred to as two-factor authentication, is an added security measure to protect your QU identity with your smartphone or another device. It is an identity verification method in which a computer user is granted access only after successfully providing two or more pieces of evidence to an authentication mechanism. This authentication method allows your cellular phone to be used as a second form of verification when logging into your Quinnipiac account.
If you are already signed up for Multi-factor Authentication and want to update your MFA settings, you can navigate to http://is.quinnipiac.edu/mfa. You will be asked to validate your account via MFA to access this page, but then you can add or remove sign-in methods on the Security Info page.

If you do not have a working MFA method, you will need to submit a ticket for assistance at https://support.quinnipiac.edu/support/tickets/new.
