How to Print to a Wēpa Printer
There are several ways you can print to a wēpa printer.

Please note that the QU Wēpa system does not support the use of campus cards (QCards) or preloaded Wēpa print cards. All other payment options are available though.

Print from your Computer
- Download and install the latest Wēpa printer driver to print from your computer:
- Open your document and from the Print menu, choose a printer:

- Visit any Print Station on campus and touch the screen to start.
- Open the Wepa app on your phone, touch the smiling print station graphic in the lower right corner of the app, and tap your phone on the touch-free access device (as you would with Apple Pay or other mobile payment apps).
- You can download and install the app in the App Store (iPhone) and on Google Play (Android).
- If you do not have your phone, you can also log into your QU account on the printer screen.
- Select the file to print and your payment method.
- Collect your printed document.
Print from your Phone
- Download and install the Wepa app available in the App Store (iPhone) and on Google Play (Android).
- Select the rocket icon next to the files you'd like to print, or upload additional documents.
- Tap the print station graphic in the bottom right-hand corner.
- The summary screen will show which documents are ready to release, allow you to pay from your account, or show a Wepa Code for documents that can be released without payment at the print station.
- Go to a print station and log in by tapping your phone on the touch-free access device (as you would with Apple Pay or other mobile payment apps).
- Your documents will print as soon as you log in to the print station.
Print from the Cloud
- Go to a Wepa printer kiosk, open the Wepa app on your phone, touch the smiling print station graphic in the lower right corner of the app, and tap your phone on the touch-free access device.
- Select Cloud Storage, then pick where your document is saved (e.g., OneDrive, Dropbox, Google Drive).
- Log in to your cloud account. (You can also log in ahead of time via the Wepa app.)
- Select the document you'd like to print, then set your print options (e.g., number of copies, color, orientation).
- Select your payment method and retrieve your document.
Print via Email
- Compose a new email to print@wepanow.com.
- Attach the documents you'd like to print. Supported file types include: .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .ppt, .pptx, .pdf and .rtf.
- If no other text is added to the email, your documents will default to black-and-white, single-sided.
- To change these settings, type "color" or "duplex" in the first line of the email body.
- Visit wēpa's Email to Print page for all text keywords for printing, including for PowerPoint.
- Send the email (maximum document size is 25 MB total).
- A six-digit code will be emailed to you immediately.
- Go to a wēpa printer and use the code from the email or tap your phone on the touch-free access device. Then select your payment method and print your document.
Print by Uploading Documents to a Web Browser
- Log in to https://wepanow.com.
- Select Document Upload.
- Add the document using the file finder or by dragging the document into the browser window.
- Set your print options (e.g., number of copies, color, orientation), then click "Send print options" to add the print job to your account.
- Visit any Print Station on campus and touch the screen to start.
- Open the Wepa app on your phone, touch the smiling print station graphic in the lower right corner of the app, and tap your phone on the touch-free access device (as you would with Apple Pay or other mobile payment apps).
- You can download and install the app in the App Store (iPhone) and on Google Play (Android).
- If you do not have your phone, you can also log into your QU account on the printer screen.
- Select the file to print and your payment method.
- Collect your printed document.
Print via Canvas
- Go to a wēpa Print Station, open the Wepa app on your phone, touch the smiling print station graphic in the lower right corner of the app, and tap your phone on the touch-free access device.
- Select Canvas on the right-hand side of the screen.
- If you have not already linked your Canvas account to Wepa via the app, you may be prompted to log into Canvas.
- Select the document you'd like to print, then set your print options (e.g., number of copies, color, orientation).
- Select your payment method and print your document.
Print from USB Drive
- Go to a wēpa printer and select USB drive from the printing options.
- Insert your USB drive into the available port.
- Select the files you'd like to print, as well as the properties of the print job (e.g. color, b/w, portrait, landscape).
- Select your payment method and print your document.
